We used a different returns app but it was really slow and expensive. We switched to Rich Returns and couldn't be happier. Andrej goes out of his way to provide support for any issues and the app works great. It is very responsive and gives a lot of customization options. It also works out cheaper than other return apps in the long run. Will definitely recommend - 10/10!

People, you must use this. It pays for itself over and over and over if you have any type of customer service in the area of returns. Set the rules, go do something else that makes money instead of paying someone to handle it and watch returns AND exchanges automate. It's awesome.

Rich Returns has been super helpful, and their support team actually responds—which is huge when you're adding an app to your store. It's been a great tool, especially for a business like ours.
UPDATE 6/9/25
We have not had a reply from support in a week. The ongoing issues have not been resolved and support has gone radio silent. Only thing worse than app issues is unresponsive and unhelpful support.
App used to be great with great support. Has really gone down hill recently. They make changes without notification which impact the customer experience. Live chat does not function properly, which slows our ability to get resolutions. We are on the hunt for a replacement.
We needed a full featured return app that was easy to setup and a return portal that is simple for our customers to use. This is it. It is working as expected and support has been great.
Andrej is always kind and helpful and quick to respond.
