App does not really support multi-language. Very poor implementation with limitations.
For a claim it is not suitable. Also you have to pay extra for photo upload of customer and video is not even support.
Support is poor. You try to solve issues, but only standard answers follow which do not solve the problems.
App is quite basic. It is not made as a plattform, because every manual interaction has to be handled through another tool or shopify.
Onboarding support poor.

We have not had a reply from support in a week. The ongoing issues have not been resolved and support has gone radio silent. Only thing worse than app issues is unresponsive and unhelpful support.
App used to be great with great support. Has really gone down hill recently. They make changes without notification which impact the customer experience. Live chat does not function properly, which slows our ability to get resolutions. We are on the hunt for a replacement.
Started to install but turned out immediately that they lie ab out the price. Its starting at 29 usd a month.
