Rich Returns & Exchanges

I recently started using Rich Returns app for my e-commerce store. The setup was incredibly easy and I was able to get it up and running quickly. I especially appreciated the multilingual features.

The return portal itself is well-designed, with plenty of branding options to help me maintain a consistent brand image. It's also easy to use, which I know my customers appreciate.

Whenever I've needed assistance, the customer support team has been very responsive and helpful.

Their technical support is a strength, Laura is fantastic, she answers 24/7, always kind, fast and decisive. Any request is handled effectively and competently. This is great, because it allows me to focus on my work and not on the platform.

Awesome app! it is very easy to use and there are lots of different features available. The customer service is very fast, friendly and helpful.
So even if we had some trouble or missing features, the customer service acted promptly to find a workaround with us immediately or considered to add features in the future.

So by now we just went online with the app, we do not have had the chance to test e.g. the analytics feature by now, but as the rest works perfectly I cannot imagine that there will be any problems. :-)

Works perfectly for us. We ship both smaller items that fit USPS’s First-Class Mail as well as items over 1lb where we need Priority-Mail. This returns app has a functionality for USPS in place to choose the cheaper rate based on the weight which really helps us reduce costs for return labels. Laura helped us with the setup, really happy with the end result and our workflow for returns.

I am happy to say that support has gotten back to me and was able to resolve my inquiries. Things are definitely getting better and I am happy to change my review. Now the only thing is the app performance itself. Hopefully it works perfectly because so far I love how the app looks overall.

An excellent app that seems to constantly be improving. I tried a few other apps prior to Rich Returns and was pretty peeved to set them all of the way up only to find out that they didn’t have features such as automatic label creation or email notifications.

Overall this is an excellent app and the support from the developer is stellar. 5/5 hands-down – thanks for all of your help, Phil!

I used this app to move our current manual process of processing returns via customer-service to an automated system.

I really like how easy the app makes this process. I am not very technical to say the least and yet the interface is super simple in customizing all the settings to our liking. We sell luxury products so we want to provide extra service for our customers with a pre paid return label which I could setup through the app as well.
