J'utilise quotidiennement l'application pour gérer tous les retours et remboursement de notre boutique et jusqu'ici nous sommes satisfaits. Lorsque nous avons besoin d'un renseignement le support est très compréhensif et réactif. Nous apprécions donc de travailler avec Rich Returns.

UPDATE 6/9/25

We have not had a reply from support in a week. The ongoing issues have not been resolved and support has gone radio silent. Only thing worse than app issues is unresponsive and unhelpful support.

App used to be great with great support. Has really gone down hill recently. They make changes without notification which impact the customer experience. Live chat does not function properly, which slows our ability to get resolutions. We are on the hunt for a replacement.

Rich Returns has been super helpful, and their support team actually responds—which is huge when you're adding an app to your store. It's been a great tool, especially for a business like ours.

I have been using this app for several years. They are constantly improving and adding new features. Their support is also very responsive if any issues arise. Happy to give this 5-star review!

we've been using rich returns for several years now, there has been some improvements the last few months and we are using the app with our shopify shop much more now. The customer service is always really helpful and you receive answers in a speedy manor. so if you ever have a problem, can't find a speicific setting or just have some feedback in general, you can be sure you'll receive help from an actual person and not just a bot. the integration with shopify is good and works well. No complaints on our side at all.

They continuously improve the functionality and capability of the app for an improved customer experience. Additionally they are quick to respond to support requests and are a breeze to work with.
