RICH Returns is a simple yet effective returns solution that meets our every need. We would like to see some more customization options for the "internal" dashboard (i.e. updating columns, filtering returns, etc.). The support team is phenomenal, and always responds to queries in a timely manner. Would reccomend RICH to any customer-oriented teams.

We're really impressed by Rich Returns and their developer support. We explored 5 other alternative apps beforehand and they were all either way overpriced or lacked the unique functionality that we needed and were not willing to adapt anything for us. Rich Returns has been adding and adjusting features we request within 24 hours. We highly recommend this app.

Rich Returns provides a relatively quick and easy solution for small businesses. They allow for some customization options which are very helpful, but isn't as fully robust as a full ERP or Order Management System solution. The team is also super helpful and quick to reply when we encounter issues.
The best app we found for returns. The customer portal and backend settings are very simple to use, professional-looking, and functional. Customer support is responsive, helpful, and kind. One feature I think would be nice to add is if we can set a % restocking fee, rather than a flat dollar amount.

We had a small technical issue, Osmand was available on the chat right away to support us! Turns out we had a small settings issue that Osmand quickly helped us discover. This app works very well for us!

We have been using Rich Returns for about a year and we are really happy about it. It's not too expensive and it has all the features we need to run a medium big Shopify store. I would recommend this app!
This app has a lot of flexibility built in for varied business workflows. And if you need some customization, it'll allow you to create custom "rules." I love the flexibility and branding it offers. Plus, it's easy to use. Customer service is very responsive as well, which matters significantly in tech.
