Great app, really friendly to use and the price is really good compared to others on the market. Andrej's help from the customer team has been superb and accurate every time we need assistance with something. Thank you!
we've been using rich returns for several years now, there has been some improvements the last few months and we are using the app with our shopify shop much more now. The customer service is always really helpful and you receive answers in a speedy manor. so if you ever have a problem, can't find a speicific setting or just have some feedback in general, you can be sure you'll receive help from an actual person and not just a bot. the integration with shopify is good and works well. No complaints on our side at all.
This app has made our exchange/return process much smoother and easier for customers and staff! Great customer support too.

Awesome app! it is very easy to use and there are lots of different features available. The customer service is very fast, friendly and helpful.
So even if we had some trouble or missing features, the customer service acted promptly to find a workaround with us immediately or considered to add features in the future.
So by now we just went online with the app, we do not have had the chance to test e.g. the analytics feature by now, but as the rest works perfectly I cannot imagine that there will be any problems. :-)
For us as a shoe brand the perfect tool for managing and analysing returns. Especially the smooth process of managing exchanges will help to keep our customers happy. Onboarding was easy, customer support is great.
RICH Returns is a simple yet effective returns solution that meets our every need. We would like to see some more customization options for the "internal" dashboard (i.e. updating columns, filtering returns, etc.). The support team is phenomenal, and always responds to queries in a timely manner. Would reccomend RICH to any customer-oriented teams.

Support has been great! I'm new to Shopify and therefor new to Rich Returns. Andrej from support provided EXCELLENT service and stood by to help me solve some setup problems. Even when I was finished, or thought I was finished, he proactively monitored my account for problems and reached out with the solution right away. Works perfectly for us. We ship both smaller items that fit USPS’s First-Class Mail as well as items over 1lb where we need Priority-Mail. This returns app has a functionality for USPS in place to choose the cheaper rate based on the weight which really helps us reduce costs for return labels. Laura helped us with the setup, really happy with the end result and our workflow for returns.
