Riptide is a loyalty system that helps Shopify merchants reward repeat customers and earn referrals. Customers earn points on purchases and redeem them at checkout for fixed-dollar discounts, percentage-off discounts, or shipping rewards. Merchants can run time-limited specials with point multipliers, set up VIP tiers with their own perks, and run two-sided referral rewards. Built natively for Shopify with theme extensions, customer accounts, checkout, and Shopify Flow.

If you're looking for a rewards app for your business, this one has it all! It offers endless customization options, including loyalty tiers, collections, referral bonuses, and much more.

The monthly pricing is very competitive. We were previously using another rewards app and paying not only a monthly fee but also additional overage charges based on transaction volume. Since switching, we've saved hundreds of dollars per month.

I've also had the opportunity to work with the app's support team, and the developer has been incredibly responsive, often implementing changes and improvements almost immediately to fit our business needs.
