Riskified is great. Very easy to use and it does what it promises. We had several suspicious orders and Riskified checked them and approved them for us, allowing us to fulfill the order and not decline them. Highly recommended!

I've been using Riskified on Devtees.com for about a year or more now, and it's one of the single best additions to my Shopify store. It has successfully and consistently mitigated the ridiculous onslaught of fraudulent orders I get, and I highly recommend it to anyone else looking for a solution for mitigating fraudulent orders and the inevitable chargebacks that come with them.

An absolutely fantastic product. Their customer service is unparalleled in my book. We had suggestions, they not only listened but helped us achieve them. We don't worry about fraud anymore...and that's a huge load off of my mind.

The app has been a blessing to us. From the outset Riskified has been a pleasure to work with. Natalie Goodis has been very supportive and helpful in getting us up and running. The support team has been great when we have had questions (but haven't been many since the product works 100% as intended). It has been a great time saver to us. We no longer have to manually check orders and make educated guesses on if we should allow or not. We have gotten burned on several occasions. Riskified has taken all the guess work out of the process, one less thing to worry about. I would highly recommend this product to anyone selling on the web. Thanks again for a wonderful product.

FABULOUS product! This software helps significantly with the ease of admin - since we no longer need to worry about fake orders coming through! Thank you again your program is a lifesaver for an online entrepreneur.

We are massive fans of Riskified. We ship luxury goods all over the world and had bad experiences with fraudulent transactions in the past, which resulted in loss of income and merchandise. Riskified gave us peace of mind that we can ship risk-free on approved orders. The service is seamlessly integrated with shopify and takes no effort once it is set-up (which is super fast too if I remember well). That being said I never had to claim a chargeback once a transaction had been approved by the app, so I can't comment on some of the below shop owners who claim the process had been difficult or that coverage has been denied on approved transaction. I rarely write reviews but I wanted to take the time to recommend this app to other shopify stores.

An amazing service and the team are always supportive and repsonsive.
Riskified provides us the confidence to process orders which otherwise we would have to perform our own lengthy verification process which was not always accurate before making a decision.
We now feel we have a specialist partner in riskified to assess, review, insure and provide us advice whether to accept or decline certain orders.

Let me caveat my saying I'm writing this review under no promotion considerations. I'm not getting any sort of price breaks or freebies.

Riskified is an absolute must for my business. I sell very expensive products and one fraudulent order would set me back considerably. Moreover, with limited staff, I don't have the time to conduct due diligence on every order. My order of priority is top notch customer service, creating useful and actionable content, on page SEO, Social, and other promotional activities in that order of priority.

We don't have the time and manpower to track the validity of every order and Riskified does this for us. It does cost a litttle bit-especially when you are taking orders in the several thousand dollar range but Riskiefied has to insure their business and it costs a heck of allot less than hiring someone to do this and they also have the expertise.

A previous reviewer said some orders occasionally requires four to six hours and stated that perhaps a human sometimes checks these. Based on email with Riskified, I believe this to be correct and that manually review orders and may even call a customer on occasion to verify a detail (the last part is pure speculation on my part). This is a good thing IMHO.

They are also very responsive to email and will adapt their services for particular orders. Top notch. They really are an excellent service.

My gosh. I have always wished for a company that provided payment insurance service. -Yes-, they have a per use charge, but to be able to be rid of all that worry of fraudulent customers making chargebacks over items you have already sent? Priceless. Absolutely priceless. I wish Shopify would let me rate this app 6 stars, because 5 stars just doesn't justify it.
