This was actually my first day using the app, yet the customer service I received from Yaci was AMAZING! I inquired about her assistance with something as simple as "removing the rivo tag", and Yaci was kind enough to offer a few pointers on how to improve the simplicities of my store. Good customer service is so hard to come by these days, and surprisingly this interaction was done through chat. Great job Rivo, on hiring wonderful people!
