Rivo Popups ‑ Email Pop ups

At first, I thought when I send out a question, it would take forever to receive an email. However, after sending out questions, I got a reply in less than a minute. It's still baffling me how they do it. Additionally, Pete was the one who answered my question. After that, he went on to give me additional advice for my website. Amazing customer care. The pop-up is also really easy to set up. However, I recommend adding a feature where it's possible to remove the no thanks button as some websites would want an email 100% of the time. Other then that, everything is amazing. Will reccomend.

Mica was a HUGE help with getting our shop set up for launch day. Not only was she very friendly, but she helped me learn more about this app. She was able to remove the Rivo branding for FREE for me and offer a few additional features. It really makes a difference when people go above and beyond with their service. Mica also helped with a Shopify recommendation such as adding a favicon to our store. I'm super excited to use this app for my new clothing store!

I'm still setting up at the moment, everything seems pretty intuitive and easy to figure out so far. I couldn't wait to review the customer service support. It's after midnight where I'm at, and I actually chat with a real person! I got to speak with Mica, who was extremely quick to respond and more than helpful. Mica was very supportive of my store and even went so far as to support my business by following on social media and complimenting my artwork. I really appreciate the gesture and the fact that they remove the marketing tags from their popups for free. Mica was extremely kind and generous, and it shines through in their business model too. Well done.

After installing the app, my first pop-up was live in less than 2-minutes. I changed some text, selected to offer a discount on the first purchase and boom. That quick. I used the basic template, which to be honest is all you need. If you want something more fancy, then you can do that too. Really impressed with the speed and ease. Thanks, guys

I'm currently working on launching my site and was recommended this app by Shopify. So far it's exactly what I was looking for in order to gain customers and offer discounts. I received assistance from Abbie through chat, she was AMAZINGLY helpful, made suggestions and recommendations of things I never would have even thought about.
