Paul from Rivo is just amazing. Solved my issues within seconds and even gave us an upgrade that best suited the store. Gosh! If only all vendors were this good, the world would be a better place. Rivo, give Paul a raise. Very well deserved.

The app is straight forward and very user friendly. I did have a couple questions but their live chat was easy to find and the person that helped was super friendly and fixed my issue very quickly

I needed help with setting up a promo code and Arianne was super helpful. She even went as far as to follow my store on IG! I always love the fun gifs during my chats too. :-) Great service!
