Just installed this app for my website. Still paying around with it but the customer service has been amazing. I mean the friendliest and most efficient customer service I've experience with an app, by far! Thanks Abbie you were amazing.

I love the app because it's user friendly and allowed me to customize my pop up to match my brand. The customer service was very convenient and helpful too.

Rivo is super user friendly. Arianne assisted in removing Rivo's branding quickly. She also provided guidance on adjusting an issue with my website that was unrelated to Rivo, which I really appreciated. Excited to continue on with Rivo for my email opt in pop-up.

I got this app for my shopify store I just bought and needed some support to take the site branding off. Next thing I know Abbie was right there to assist me and I didn't want to leave the chat. I felt care, engagement, and genuine support from this young lady. Not only for my direct need but as we progressed Abbie filled me in on things I needed to know and some things I didn't even know I needed to know! As well as providing me with some awesome perks. She was insightful, sweet, and so helpful. The app itself is a GREAT addition to my website but having Abbie there to guide me was more than I could have asked for.
