I got this app today and loved the ease of use and navigation. Very beginner-friendly to set up. I would recommend this app because of the excellent customer service delivered by Abbie. This assures me that my problem would be resolved quickly whenever I face any challenge with RIVO Apps. The prompt response to my inquiry was amazing. My concerns were resolved in the call. Other solutions that could help my website were suggested. The tone and the mood of the conversation were very friendly and supportive. It felt like walking to a physical office and being helped by an expert. Kudos to Abbie for the extraordinary customer experience. You are the best. Thanks.

The fact that this app allows you to remove their branding to use your own, it gives us (merchants) full flexibility of true customization for our customers. Jel went above and beyond to help us out. The customer service behind this team is by far the best I've ever had. We look up to them to offer a customer service experience.

The installation and ability to customize the pop-up were very easy. Also chatted with Lance to remove the Rivo logo (which by the way is FREE), and he provided a few tips that I had not even considered to improve my site.

Really cool app. Easy to use, has custom css, so you can play with the code and create your own beautiful pop up. And customer support - really big applause to Abbie who helped me out. I highly recommend this app!

I installed this application couple minutes ago and from the beginning the setup process was super easy and user friendly. Also I should say their customer service on another level. I would recommend this app to anyone.

I just started using this app but so far so good. Seems easy to use and self explanatory. My customer service rep Yaci was very charming and helpful she even told me there was a problem with my Instagram link after trying to follow me. If it wasn't for her I never would have known. Overall happy so far.

This is a great, little free app that does exactly what it says it does. It works better for newsletter sign-ups with unique discount codes than any of the paid apps we have tried. Also, their tech support is great and quick!

I've not very tech savvy, so I reached out to their customer service for some issues. I've had the pleasure of dealing with Arianne, who helped me with not only all the issues I was having trouble with, but also offered some benefits and advice for other things. My problems were solved, and my store looks a lot better.

10/10 customer service support.

Just contacted Rivo support in order to ask why the CSS option was not available.
Paul not only solved it almost immediatel as also suggested some other modifications that will make my site much better.
Quick and objective.
