I had a wonderful experience with RIVO Pop-ups. I was working on building my store late at night and looking for an inexpensive way to build a custom pop-up. All the other pop-up apps that I downloaded either had expensive paid plans or their customer service was not available at that particular hour for me to verify that what I was trying to do was even possible. RIVO contacted me immediately upon opening the chat box, offered me multiple solution options, was extremely helpful & pleasant throughout our entire interaction (I went back several times with questions) and went out of their way to research custom code options for me. Wonderful customer service & great option for those looking to create pop-ups without breaking the bank.

Paul was an amazing help! He helped me solve all the issues with the app.
The only thing that would make this a 5 star review is if the app came working 100%
ie.
-Pop up should be centered to the website
-Icon upload should use PNGs
-Custom CSS should be default unlocked.

It feels like these things were intentionally broken to make you contact support and give them a 5 star review.

Jel was *very* friendly & also helpful (two distinct things, as you know!). Two thumbs up for her!

As for the app, I'm a bit disappointed to find I have to bust out the (nearly non-existent) CSS skills in order to have some of the customization that's built in to other Shopify popup apps. Then again, beggars can't be choosers (when using free tools, no less!)...so there's that! (C:

I can't seem to adjust the frequency that visitors see the app, so I will have to continue to research this issue. Other than that, it was very simple to set up and customize, and I spoke to Therese who was very helpful in removing the rivo logo from the pop up. Hopefully she will be able to help me with the pop up frequency.

Paul was very helpful and quick in getting my store set up successfully. I am enjoying the email pop-up feature. I have received quite a few emails with this app. And I'm in the beginning stages of my business. Again, thank you, Paul, for your service.

Just started, so proof will be in the pudding. Very easy to use so far. Would be better if it allowed the option to restrict existing customers or previous website visitors from seeing the popup. Customer service by Pete was excellent too.

Great and quick support, Pete responded quickly and provided all the info I needed. There aren't many design options without css knowledge, but great interface and easy integration.

Just downloaded this app today, so far it has been easy set up. I spoke with Yaci on chat today and she was very helpful and answered all my questions. Went above and beyond to help me out. The reason I only gave 4 stars is because I haven't used this app for more than 1 hour. So far so good, just cant speak of long term.
