Awesome App, awesome support, I had a few queries that Paul responded too and resolved immediately, If you are looking for a great email pop up app, this is the one you want, highly recommended to all.. :)

My current shop version doesn't have a pop-up, so I installed Rivo for free. I needed the "Powered by Rivo" brand removed, so I started a chat with Betty. She was very helpful and had that taken care of speedily. She's also funny. Thanks, Betty.

Super Easy to use. Any problems at all, I clicked on the chat and this was replied to almost immediately. Pete talked me through my issue and even made suggestions for my website that helped massively!
