Just installed the app, so I'll update my review in a few weeks after using it for a while. However so far, I'm very impressed by these guys Customer Service. 5STARS PLUS! Super quick, helpful and so friendly. Alex is Awesome! You definitely give lessons of how customer service should be! Thanks again:)

This app is fantastic and I appreciate that they have excellent customer service! I got a reply in seconds and Lance was so friendly. Also, he gave me some suggestions about my store! Totally recommending. You won't regret it.

Abbie was great to work with as aI needed help removing the branding from my pop up. She was quick to respond and very friendly. She also gave me some complimentary gifts for being new to Rivo. All in all she was a 10.
