So far the experience has been good. Especially with the chat lady named Jel. She needs a raise, for real. Helped me a LOT and also gave some nice tips on how to improve my store, for which I am very grateful. She deserves a raise.

Lea, is the most amazingly helpful person ever. I needed help setting something up, which i figure out in the end however Lea was a positive presence. She sent me some resources, followed me on IG, some new features. She’s a cool vibe an angel, if i need anymore help with anything I’m hoping i get to talk to Lea. 5stars

The help provided by the staff was very efficient and timely, and they were proactive in helping me with issues that I hadn't even focused on. So I feel that this software is well worth my continued use.
