I used this App to gain additional customers. The customer service from Yaci was fantastic. She is so helpful, knowledgeable and patient.

This app is great and easy to use! Exactly what we needed for our store. And the customer service was very nice and quick to help us out when ever we have issues. One of the better email opt in apps out there!

Yaci was great at assisting me today! She helped me out with some problems and immediately helped me fix them, we also had a great GIF convo! I was happy to realize they were not bots lol which is why i give it a 5/5!! :)

super disponibili super veloci e soprattutto gratis, ci sono molte app per cui paghi ma questa è gratis e ti da 100 volte tanto rispetto ad un'app a pagamento

I had a truly great experience, as always, when asking for something! The team is highly efficient and knows how to address your requests effortlessly. Pete did an incredible job in no time. I would love to witness the app's evolution in the future and see new features, etc.

I used the email pop-ups just as an add-on for the new store i built. The installing and setting up was super easy! But the customer service / chat-pop-up. 5/5. Ryan, specifically, was super quick to verify my store and take out the "powered by rivo" underneath the pop.up (which is a free service), and then also was kind, quick witted, joyful, and gave me pointers for my new business. MERCI! I'm really happy with customer care. :)
