Customer service from Alex was very quick, responsive and helpful. Very Happy with the service thus far. In terms of the app, its intuitive to use, still in the early business days of streamlining our e-commerce side of business so time will tell how useful this will be for us as a tool however so far so good.

I really love this app, it has all the features you need for an effective store popup, unlike some others I've tried. You can add your logo, set what happens if the popup is closed, have a sticky bar to remind them to use their coupon code, and lots more. Their support is great too, I worked with their support agent Pete to finish getting the plugin setup, and he was really helpful! Definitely recommended.

Great app that makes it easy to create pop-ups! Customer service is top-notch as well! I spoke to Jel and she was quick to reply and take action! She also went above and beyond and gave me a suggestion on how to improve my store!
