The Chat feature made this app stand out above all other apps i've ever installed period. Not only did they responded right away, to my surprise, but they also have a great sense of humor and did it with top-notch customer service etiquette?! That's a win for me, and enough of a reason to keep their services for the long haul. Thanks Arianne

In the last two days I have seen a lot of newsletter apps and pop ups. After testing a few I decided to go with Rivo and so far it's a good decision. There is no limit to the number of visitors for free and the support is very fast and efficient. Very happy.
