Easy to use and customize. Support is very helpful. It's free. No catch so far. Need to contact support to remove branding and turn on CSS customization.

Amazing service, popups made with the app look great, and great customer service. 5/5 for Paul on the customer service team, he helped me with all the questions I had, and his team and him even created a few lines of code for me to solve a problem i was having with the image background on my popup.
