I haven't been using the app very long as I am new to Shopify but the experience I have had with the app and the customer service team has been next to none, super easy and simple to use great for generating first time customers and the customer service team, are so lovely and happy to help! Pete has been so helpful and patient with me and come back to me to quick!

I downloaded the app for a discount for our new members that visit our site. I wanted the branding removed on the pop up, so I started a chat with Abbie. She was OUTSTANDING. I'll be honest, I am skeptical on these chats because you never know who's on the other end. But with her enthusiasm and funny meme's, it made me want to continue the conversation.
