I really like how kind and helpful Abby was, she was ready to share helpful links and provide detailed instructions when answering my questions! Super clear, concise and to the point. Also funny! Thank you so much :) I also like how easy to use and streamlined the app is to use. Made it much easier to have a real person to chat with.

This app is easy to use and has great customer service. Enquiries were responded to instantly and Paul was very kind and helpful.

Wow, what an amazing person to chat to, so lively and extremely helpful, went over and beyond. I asked for help on one matter and I got helped on several matters that I did not even know would help my store. So thank you ever so much for your assistance, I really appreciate it.

I am just setting this up, I can say that it is very easy to set up. It does what it described to do. I do recommend it to increase conversions.
