Can't rave about Lance enough! He was extremely helpful and kind while assisting me with the app! Super easy! This is what customer support should always look and feel like. 100% recommend!

First, give Arianne a raise already! She is a great representative of the company. I opted for this app (and rated it full stars) based purely on her professional, friendly service. Just started using it - so will give feedback on the actual app after taking it for a spin.

I used the app to create a discount and email pop up. I liked everything with the app. The agent, Betty, was friendly and extremely helpful.

Lance's customer support was really great. He removed the Rivo branding (for free) and gave me a few other options. I love how it looks and feels on my page.
