I was searching for an app like this and it worked as intended. Very simple to install and use. The CS person was very good and fast with assisting.

I downloaded this app to my Shopify store to create email pop ups. The app was so easy to use. I did need a little bit of help and Jel from Rivo quickly answered all my questions and even gave me a few tips!

I used the app to add an email popup. I asked Maria to help remove the Rivo marking and she was fast, helpful and very friendly. Great experience so far.

An amazing app, needed some changes to be made while I was setting up the app for my store and I reached out to the customer support team and I can say I was way more than impress with the help of Abbie, she was fast with her reponses. she walked me through all I needed and at the same time was more than enough for my questions. This app is worth trying.

Just installed the app, so I'll update my review in a few weeks after using it for a while. However so far, I'm very impressed by these guys Customer Service. 5STARS PLUS! Super quick, helpful and so friendly. Alex is Awesome! You definitely give lessons of how customer service should be! Thanks again:)

This app is fantastic and I appreciate that they have excellent customer service! I got a reply in seconds and Lance was so friendly. Also, he gave me some suggestions about my store! Totally recommending. You won't regret it.
