Couldn't ask for much more from support representative. The conversation was a genuine one, not just someone spamming prefilled lines of text. Therese had some pretty wicked gifs up her sleeve too.

Easy to install and set up. Very friendly and helpful people on the love chat. Can remove the Rivo for free which was easy to do. Highly recommend

The apps works fantastically! App is easily customizable. Chat support was quick to reply. Ryan with customer support is outstanding and fun. Highly recommend :)

Support team is phenomenal! I love how they listen and try and assist where they can. Still awaiting an email from them but I'm super happy so far

I recently had the pleasure of using the Rivo email marketing app and was extremely impressed with the level of support I received from their team. In particular, Abbie from the support team was incredibly helpful in assisting me with a problem I was having. She was knowledgeable, patient, and went above and beyond to help me get my issue resolved.

I just got Rivo set up with the help of Vicky. She was absolutely amazing at giving me all of the information i needed to navigate this app and also gave lots of suggestions/advice! great experience
