How do you use so many words to describe someone who was easy and so very helpful right from the beginning. I think the hardest thing is this part of writing. Lance was an absolute pleasure and guided me through the whole proccess of creating my POP UPS for my web site.

First off the app is amazing. Thee pop up feature will grab my customers attention. Secondly Therese was so helpful and even give me a tip on how to improve my website 11/10 service.

I had been looking for an app that was simple to set up and easy to use. I tried other apps but they seemed bloated and complicated. I knew what I wanted to do, and this app was so straightforward. The Harleen and the Rivo team were also on hand to give me upgrades and extra support when I wanted it. Super friendly and engaging.

I just setup the app and ask a few simply questions on the help chat. I think the app is very good and the customer support was great. I appreciated the help, fast response and a great app.

Paul was incredibly sweet and helped me my request to hide Rivo from the popup. He even gave me a complimentary upgrade by adding some other features. I did not expect that support from Rivo would be so fast and efficient. They really exceeded my expectations.
