We are very happy with Rivo, especially its service team. They care about the customer experience and is very quick and friendly in responding to questions. Their rep Abbie was really nice and helpful.

Excellent app - only issue is popup doesn't discriminate between existing and new subscribers, so could annoy existing customers, especially as we're offering discount for new signups!
Assistant Pete was extremely helpful and fast with resposes - thanks!

I used this app to create an email popup like the name says, and created one fit for my store. Was guided through everything with a support agent. Great team, and Great site.
