I downloaded the app for a discount for our new members that visit our site. I wanted the branding removed on the pop up, so I started a chat with Abbie. She was OUTSTANDING. I'll be honest, I am skeptical on these chats because you never know who's on the other end. But with her enthusiasm and funny meme's, it made me want to continue the conversation. I wanted to try this app out to see if it would increase my sales. It's very easy to install and the customer service rep Pete was super helpful. He even removed the branding by rivo for free! I look forward to seeing how this app would increase my conversions.
