Paul was extremely helpful when I chatted with him after first downloading the app! He even made suggestions for me for my site that I was totally unaware of. Above and beyond customer service-- he answered all of my questions with knowledge, expertise and even links to supporting articles.

Using the app for the first time, needed some quick adjustments, contacted support via chat and had the most efficient and pleasant experience. And some giggles too (the support person had a sweet sense of humor and made great use of cute funny GIFs. I needed the laughs!). Super happy customer so far.

This was super easy to install and use. I was expecting an automated chat bot, but I spoke to a real person (Pete) who even made suggestions for how I could improve my store conversions! Very helpful. Wish all help was like this!
