I'm still setting up at the moment, everything seems pretty intuitive and easy to figure out so far. I couldn't wait to review the customer service support. It's after midnight where I'm at, and I actually chat with a real person! I got to speak with Mica, who was extremely quick to respond and more than helpful. Mica was very supportive of my store and even went so far as to support my business by following on social media and complimenting my artwork. I really appreciate the gesture and the fact that they remove the marketing tags from their popups for free. Mica was extremely kind and generous, and it shines through in their business model too. Well done.

I recently launched my new Shopify store to sell my handcrafted products. I'm OK with technology, but I'd rather spend my time working on my craft, so I look for partners to help me run a great site. I had been looking for an app that was simple to set up and easy to use. I tried other apps but they seemed bloated and complicated. I knew what I wanted to do, and this app was so straightforward. The Harleen and the Rivo team were also on hand to give me upgrades and extra support when I wanted it. Super friendly and engaging.
