I just installed the app, but so far so good! They removed the branding and enabled custom CSS right away for me with virtually no hassle. I'm looking for more of a sale promotion popup, but I think with some customization I can do it all myself for free!

I used this app to help me build an email list and entice my customers with a discount code. Lance, my rep was extremely helpful and very pleasant to work with. Customizing was a breeze!
