Miss, Jel - at Rivo, was the most attentive and helpful person I've worked with all year. She willingly went well beyond the call duty and helped me with the install of EMAIL POP UP widget. I am unable to rate the effectiveness of the app as I just installed it. But as for the set up of the app I am giving it 5 stars and the customer service was wonderful Spoke with 2 different people for 2 different reasons and loved the communication. It was casual which i find to be very helpful when you don't know what you're doing and being walked through something.

What I liked the most about chatting with her was that my mind was on 100 km per hour before I spoke to her. After talking to her it's almost like I had a moment of coming back to myself and speaking to a kind person. She puts effort in trying to make customers comfortable.
