This app was really easy to get set up and I really appreciate that there's a forever free plan! As a small biz, sometimes the 14 day trials are just too short to know if it's the right fit, and all the app fees add up fast. Thank you Rivo!
Abbie with customer support started the chat with me shortly after I finished the setup wizard. She quickly answered some of my questions and added a few small bonus features. That small gesture really made my day. I'm already a fan of this app based on the customer support! One of the most fun customer support chats I've had :D

I'm enjoying how user friendly it is. I watched the tutorial and it was very helpful. I also had two chats with your customer service reps. The second one was Pete. He went above and beyond to help me. I was tired and working late at night and he was not only helpful but I found him to be very kind and accommodating.
