Arianne was very helpful. The one thing i think needs changing with the app, is the customer section. It's not accurate with the customers signing up. It seems to just add customers, but these customers havent necisarily signed up to the app.
Great response from the support and so far does the job ..

Ho installato l applicazione tempo fa e lasciato 5 stelle ma ad oggi provo ad aprire l app e non si apre, rimane lo schermo bianco, quidni non posso piu vedere il punteggio dei miei clienti, se non si sblocca dovrò disinstallarla e trovarne una nuova

I came across this loyalty building app last week. I am just adding it and I am looking forward to gaining more happy and loyal customers and to use it to maximum effect. 1. To drive customers to my website, but mostly to encourage and reward existing customers to come back to order more... It has been simple to set up and the customer service and support has been second to none or as my da would say “First Class”. An excellent addition to the pulling power for my website...
