The Rivo rewards & loyality program app is an excellent idea and will hopefully help keep bringing my customers back for more purchases.

The Support for the app is also absolutely awesome! Abbie was so helpful and efficient in the way she helped me with a couple of technical things in my store. She also gave me some good suggestions too.

By far, the most amazing experience in the first ten minutes of setting up the app. Jel helped me remove all of the Rivo branding and even Shopify branding on my site to improve my customer experience. The best part was, I didn't have to ask. Simply open the customer service chat and they will take care of you! :) THANKS RIVO!

Great customer service, the product is easy to use. I only wish you could upgrade the free program to change branding on the widget. But, overall great experience and cool people!
