One of the best customer service I have had on Shopify period! Arianne was super helpful, sorted out things with me and was quick on the reply. The platform is easy to use, and has lots of features to play with! Also has POS integration which Arianne pointed out which is super useful!
She managed to give up loads of goodies on the app and was just super helpful! Was with Loyalty Lion before this and they don't really have a "customer service", and takes days to reply. SO based on that, Rivo is Awesome!!!

We're using Rivo Loyalty for quite some time now and the experience has been amazing so far. It was easy to set it up and if any questions or issues occured, Jel and Dan were able to fix it within minutes. Our customers are very happy with this module and its benefits and so are we!

I have not turned it on just yet, but I did a lot of research on Loyalty apps and this one has the features I need plus it has a good price tag and great reviews. I will know more when I get running on it when the site it ready.

Some of the best support of any app. Sent weeks searching for a good loyalty app, and this one shined, the support is second to none and is great when your a active business owner on a crunch, with little knowledge about code related stuff. The supporting team is excellent, very quick response and helpful. Especially shouting out for Jel. All the features are easy to use. And the app is with great value. I really like the idea of tiered loyalty programme. The only thing is I really want the feature that the customer could have discount on every order they make once they reach certain tier rather than one-time off discount. I'll be so happy to update my plan as long as this feature becomes available.
