Just installed so it's too soon to really know how effective the app is but the support has been amazing with helping me set up the customer points.

Just getting started with the onboarding process and wow! I was blown away by how helpful Abbie was. She went out of her way to provide little tips and support that was over and above what I expected. This is a great start to the journey with Rivo. Thank you so much Abbie!

Jel was incredibly kind and went above and beyond to upgrade our account with features outside of our paid plan to help us get the best use out of the app. Would definitely recommend!
