First off, Rivo has the BEST customer service. This is my second app with them and the experience has been amazing. Abbie was soooo helpful and got me squared away quickly and with care. I can tell she really cares about the success of the businesses she helps. Super grateful as I am just now launching my store.

AA has been So helpful and AMAZING! I just added the app to my shopify store and there were a few things I wasnt sure how to tweak to fit my stores needs and AA was very quick to direct me how to fix it! So thankful I found this app and I cannot wait to share the rewards with my customers!!! :)

I highly recommend this app for new users, this app allows me to do the Loyalty & Referrals as I wanted. The interface is easy to navigate and I find everything I need quickly. Mr. Pete from the support team guide me all the way to the end. his support was highly appreciated.

Have used a couple of Rivo apps, and have found them easy to use and customise, but the support team is why you should really get on board!
