Working with Abbie at Rivo was fast, easy and simple which I appreciated. The Rivo system has made it easy for the company I work for to have a loyalty program for the customers, which we appreciate so much!

We've been using Rivo for about 5 years and it's been pretty great. It's easy to setup, easy to explain, and implements nicely into our POS and online store.

Generally speaking their help desk has been fairly responsive, but I am having a major issue with syncing past data, and am hearing nothing back. I am a Shopify Plus member, and therefore there are certain aspects of their app that are not available to me - including syncing past data, so I have to rely on their team. I am getting no updates, no ETA on when it will be done, nothing. Very frustrating.
