I love this app, I just installed it but everything is very user friendly. Super easy to navigate and edit. Really can't wait to launch to see my customers enjoy these rewards!

At first I came across Rivo app, then I discovered that they have few more apps and all of them do some fantastic jobs. I connected with Abbie to remove branding from the app which she not only removed instantly but activated some more freebies on my account. I feel Rivo is doing some great work and providing awesome customer service. Abbie is so quick in responses that at first I thought I am talking to a robot. Huh. She is just damn quick.

I can't wait to use this app. I am trialing the free version and installing it on Shopify on my own was super easy! The verification of your online store can be done via chat messaging. The service on this alone was amazing! Really prompt replies. Thank you team for this!

We love it. Support is amazing. We are a little start up team with some coding knowledge. But they solved everything in minutes. Would suggest this app for everyone who knows how to upsell and build community. Thanks Rivo.

Just downloaded this app, but so far it's been completely seamless!! Their customer support is great, specifically worked with James and he was super helpful. The interface/software is super easy to use and understand. Highly recommend this app to anyone looking to add on a loyalty program!

Just installed this - very easy to use, which is a delight. The support team though is unbelievably awesome :) Always responding quickly to messages, always so kind and helpful. I will definitely use Rivo for as long as I run this business <3

AMAZING support from the Rivo team. I am a bit of a slow learner when it comes to technology and the Rivo team were ever so patient with me helping me get set up. They also double checked my set up to make sure i had done it right and made suggestions for best practice using the app. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Abbie's gif game is very strong. She went above and beyond and made sure I was helped in the best way possible. This app is awesome and the customer support team is top notch.
