So good so far, and customer support (Abbie) has been super helpful. Very comfortable compared to other Apps on here so far.

This is a great app and I only have the basic plan. The customer service is quick and helpful! Lance was especially helpful!

Update 1/30/2022: I was assisted by Abbie from Rivo Loyalty today. She was straight to the point and so so helpful! Best experience yet :) The customer service on Rivo Loyalty is unmatched! Thanks to you, Abbie! The app itself is amazing and I love how there is a free option since my business is so small for now.
I especially love the support provided by the staff. Specifically, Arroll and James :)

Amazing, customer side is great, business side is easy and great. Customer service is amazing and fast. I am loving this app. It’s a great way to show your customers how much you appreciate them.

Rivo definitely has one of the best supports in the whole Shopify! Pete from support is always keen to help and efficient. The application is also amazing!

Paul is a fantastic representative! He was so professional, pleasant, and understanding. There is enough stress that comes along with e-commerce. He pointed out things for me to take a look at to help out for now and in the future. I'm happy that I made the decision to download this app!
