Rivo is such a great app! The customer service is so good! I had Abbie as a rep and she made the process so easy to understand and she was extremely helpful! She honestly put me in a better mood! Customer Service A1.

So, far, I have had the best experience with this app. The customer service and response time is phenomenal! If you're looking to add a rewards program to your store, this is the way to go! 10/10.

have not used app on live store as of yet. However the customer service has be great for helping get things up and running. The app itself is easy to use and edit.

App is great so far! Would upgrade our free plan in the near future when the store is up and running! Abbie was the first agent ever to be this friendly to me through live chat during the installation process! I would highly recommend this brand and their top notch customer service to anyone!
