Paul was super helpful in getting me started with the onboarding of Rivo Loyalty app on my shopify store. He went above and beyond in helping me with understanding how the app functions. Highly recommend!

PRICING. SUPPORT. AMAZING - these guys aren't taking the piss, they are offering what we all want at the right price.

Honestly I wasted huge amount of money subscribing to Yopto and Loyalty Lion and both were horrendously expensive and purposefully limited the feature set so much.

Gonna sign up to their reviews platform too now.

I think this app looks great, though nobody has used it as yet so I can't really comment on what it's like.
The support, when accessed, however, was top notch.

So far the App has been easy to set up. When I and my customers start to use it I will let you know how we get on. Loving the customer service so far

Spoke to Pete at customer support who was amazing and fulfilled my request seamlessly and easily. All Rivo apps are user friendly and customer service is great!

Il supporto è molto valido e disponibile. ho avuto bisogno di qualche chiarimento e l'aiuto ricevuto è stato oltre le aspettative.
App facile ed intuiva, ma per capirne il reale vantaggio dovrò aspettare ancora qualche mese.

I used this app to start a loyalty program to reward customers. It was so easy to set up and people started joining straight away!
