Lance was super helpful, and COMPLETELY removed my limit, not just doubled it. Rivo's support responded within a minute at 8 AM PST on a Saturday. Very impressed. Thank you, rivo!

Abbie was super helpful. I went in with the intention of asking only question. Not only did Abbie address my concern, but she went above and beyond to give me helpful tips. As a newbie to shopify and setting all this up, I am very confused navigating through all this. Abbie was kind, helpful and honest. I hope the entire Rivo team is like Abbie, that would be awesome! I can not express how nice, fun, helpful and top notch was Abbie! Honestly I have had my store for almost three years and never once had such great customer service and fast. She made me laugh and went beyond and above to help me.

Like the other Rivo app I use (mailing list pop up) this is super easy to use. The tutorials and help pages are excellent and the customer service is second to none! They are always on hand to do live chat, I was speaking to Betty about setting up my loyalty programme and she was super helpful. Very impressed with the functionality and overall user experience :)
