This has been one of the best Shopify-related decisions we've made so far.

In the past, we've struggled with getting our loyalty program working and all of the nice people at Rivo have made setting this up a breeze. And with Rivo you get a dedicated page for your loyalty program and not just a widget - although you get one of those too! I also like that they didn't try to pressure me into getting the most-expensive tier of their app - they made a recommendation based upon my needs, not what would make them the most money - I really appreciate that.

A special shout-out not only to Arianne for her initial contact and help, but especially to Paul for his great work on helping us customize the look and feel of our program. The whole crew at Rivo has been very responsive and timely in their communication and solutions. Keep up the great work!
