Just as easy as another loyalty app I use for my other store niqueprints.com and the best part like the rest of their apps it's FREE! I will probably be switching Nique Prints soon! Thanks for this app!

Rivo, Rivo's customer service and all the service and platform Rivo is building is simply fantastic, everything is perfectly well explained with articles straight to the point, if encountering any issue support team is there to provide with super fast solutions, and the tool itself... wow! 5 stars cause there are no more!

Highly recommend Rivo. The app is easy to set up. Abbie is very helpful, she quickly responded my inquiries, and stay there to hep me until the end.

very easy to use especially when starting out and not having any idea what to do or add lol. live chat with Abbie was a huge help and very quick so I didn't have to sit and wait to move on to the next task while checking back for a response. Definitely an app I'd recommend for a newbie or just someone who wants something with less hassle.

It was so easy to set up and integrate. I am so excited to add it to my store. It looks like lots of fun. My customer service rep Jel was amazing! Great customer service.

The app is easy to use and relatively straightforward. It also does what it says it does. Customer service was incredibly fast and helpful. I think I'm going to stick with them.
