Pretty seamless app - and it looks great! Customer support is excellent (thanks Arianne!)

Two suggestions for improvement - 1) create an easier toggle between the app and Shopify admin and 2) add a Refer a Friend box to the landing page!

Rivo has been great so far, they've assisted with any issues I've had in reasonable times! Abbie et al have provided phenomenal assistance throughout our time with Rivo!

Great customer service, super user-friendly compared to other loyalty apps. Gives you a sense of peace of mind before launching. I love the fact that they have a separate loyalty management page.

The app works well (free program). Support is always helpful. Maybe it's just our customers but not many are becoming members. I'll try some emails and hope for the best.

I really enjoy the app for my small business, and I'm using the free version! Super surprised at how quick the customer service is and how helpful they are. It's hard to come by that now a days. Jel was great with helping me with the few questions I had!

The app is good and easy to use for my customers. The customer service is awesome, quick and helpful responses. I just hate they nearly doubled their prices but it's still not as expensive as some other apps. I definitely would recommend to others.

Great starter features for loyalty program.Will have to play with it more to see which options bring best results.

Mary was quick with my request! I wanted to remove the branding from my rewards program and she handled it so quickly. The option to chat with customer support is valuable!
