I have been a customer for over 2 years now. Each time I have contacted their support for our business they were pleasant, kind, and super helpful. I recently updated my stores website and had some glitches with our rewards platform, Pete was super helpful and patient as I was confused with the steps to take. If you need an app that is straightforward with great customer service this is the one! Love it so far!

We have been using Rivo for just about a year now across both of our websites. We have been so happy with the Loyalty program, it's setup, and it's response from our customers!

We had a small issue with our page displaying that made us reach out to the customer service chat, and Arianne was incredible!!! She narrowed down the problem (it was a code issue that seems to have been edited somehow over the last year ... ). She was such a pleasure to deal with, fixed it right away, and was beyond helpful.

Based on this customer service alone I would recommend Rivo to anyone looking for an in-depth Loyalty and Referral program!

I have been super impressed with Rivo. I have tried all of the regulars out there after being in business for 17 years. Rivo has had the easiest integration, easiest team to work with and no hidden fees or bogus ways to upcharge you. It's straightforward, stable and it just works- which has actually been super hard to find.
The UI for the store owner is easy and their support is super responsive

We're using Rivo Loyalty for quite some time now and the experience has been amazing so far. It was easy to set it up and if any questions or issues occured, Jel and Dan were able to fix it within minutes. Our customers are very happy with this module and its benefits and so are we!

I have been using this app for about a year now - everything is great! I recently updated the Shopify theme and needed support to solve a small problem with the page display. Paul from support completely helped to solve this issue and I was absolutely satisfied with the support. Thank you!

This app is a much better upgrade compared to the previous loyalty app I had before. Their pricing is much more competitive with all the features given! And reaching their support team is so much easier and faster. Arianne was quick to answer all my questions and offered to implement other fixes to help improve my widget without me even asking. Don't wait to switch over or purchase this app, it's one of the best

We've been looking for a Rewards and loyalty Program app for quite some time now. Rivo is the clear winner. Arianne was fantastic to chat with and answered any questions I had. Most importantly, she was attentive and kind. Our clients have really enjoyed earning rewards when shopping with us. Arianne was very helpful when I reached out to inquire about why some accounts were not earning their points and it was very quickly fixed! I was very impressed with their quick response and helping me change my settings. Highly Recommend
