We've been using Rivo for about 5 years and it's been pretty great. It's easy to setup, easy to explain, and implements nicely into our POS and online store.

It was easy to set up my loyalty and referral programs in the app. I faced some issues that were solved quickly and efficiently by the support team. Until now, I am very satisfied with the results.
