Great support and fast response times. Lot of good documentation, some of it does seem to be outdated for the old way that they did landing pages but overall easy to get setup.

I just downloaded Rivo to set up a loyalty program for my website. I chatted with Pete about a question I had about customization and he was so helpful, immediately sending a breakdown on how to do it step by step and also had amazing suggestions for how to change icons for things I didn't even know I could change on Shopify!
